By working closely with GM-CIC and local partners, Tameside Together aims to strengthen integration, share resources, and develop innovative services that respond to the needs of patients and communities across the borough. This includes building strong links with Tameside Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, the VCSE sector, social care teams, and Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, ensuring that general practice is fully connected into the wider health and care system. Through this joined-up approach, Tameside Together will play a key role in reducing health inequalities, supporting prevention, and improving outcomes for the whole population.
